Board Of Directors & Committee Members

Each year, at our Annual Membership Appreciation Dinner and Meeting, members have the opportunity to vote for the governing Board of Directors and Committee vacancies that may become open. Each volunteer is elected to a 3 year term. A reorganization meeting is held immediately following the Annual Meeting to determine the structure of our Board. Our current Board consists of five members and meets on a monthly basis.

The Credit Committee is comprised of three elected individuals who review those loan requests and/or review unusual circumstances that are outside the scope of our loan officers’ authority. There are three individuals who serve on the Credit Committee.

The Supervisory Committee is made up of three elected individuals who are in charge of internal operations of the Credit Union. Their main responsibility is to see that the rules and regulations of both NCUA and those developed by our Board of Directors are carried out thus insuring the safety and soundness of this Credit Union.
